Compensation

About the Role
As the Administrative Operations & Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and enhancing our administrative functions, integrating cutting-edge solutions to optimize efficiency and decision-making. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with corporate governance, and manage budgets for various projects. This position is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative services while implementing cutting-edge solutions to streamline workflows.
Utilize statistics applications, analyze applications, and AI tools to efficiently collect, analyze, and optimize administrative and service fee records.
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations with a data-driven approach.
Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures using AI-enhanced tracking systems.
Hire, train, and develop staff by using a human resources management system, incorporating intelligence training modules where applicable.
Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, implementing professional applications to record and refer to the AI’s predictions.
Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Supervise office and volunteer staff while leveraging AI-assisted productivity tools to maximize operational excellence.
Contribute to the overall success of the business by supporting executive functions and fostering collaborative relationships.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. Courses in AI applications, automated management, and computer technology are assets.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in an administrative role, with demonstrated experience in executive administrative, finance, and/or operation-supporting functions.
Skills: Proficient in using professional software and having a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence technology applications in daily work.
Mindset: Ability to discover the optimized working methods; A quick learner of the cutting-edge technology; Strong adaptability to work with the evolved tools.
