 Suneeva, a Toronto-based commercial film production company, is looking for a passionate individual with diverse experience to join our team as a Production Assistant. Responsibilities:

Production Duties:

  • Assist with the organization of production materials and storage.
  • Support productions by setting up and maintaining office equipment.
  • Help with production research tasks.
  • Provide assistance with immigration paperwork for foreign employees.
  • Aid in coordinating crew schedules and equipment logistics.
  • Assist in placing holds on crew and equipment as directed.
  • Work under the guidance of executive producers to collect research materials and information for production project pitches.
  • Provide general support to directors and producers.
  • Help prepare schedules, set up equipment, and arrange travel to various shooting locations

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain a clean and presentable production office space.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in acquiring new tools and equipment as needed.
  • Help coordinate and prepare food for meetings and lunches.
  • Handle FedEx, couriers, mailings, filings, and storage tasks.
  • Manage petty cash under supervision.
  • Assist in coordinating conference calls and booking meeting spaces.
Job Requirements:

Experience required
strong written and inter-personal skills
an ability to multi-task and work in a high pace environment
familiarity with Mac computers, proficiency with Microsoft Excel
a passion for film, television, photography, social media and TV commercials -a recent graduate from a media or design program within the last 2 years (entry level position)
Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license REQUIRED.
