Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our company. As key HR personnel, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of staffing and recruitment processes. Your primary duties will include identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. You will also play a crucial role in scheduling and workforce management, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet operational demands. Primary Job Duties:

·         Identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process for new employees.

·         Onboard new hires and provide necessary training and orientation.

·         Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during business hours.

Address any scheduling conflicts or staffing shortages promptly.

·         Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns or issues. Facilitate communication between management and staff.

·         Organize team-building activities and events.

·         Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Implement performance improvement plans if necessary.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures

·         Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions

·         Utilize HR software and tools to streamline staffing processes.

·         Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of employee information. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.

·         Identify opportunities for process improvement within the staffing function.

·         Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.

Job Requirements:

Expected Qualifications

·         A college diploma in a field related to personnel management such as business related subjects, industrial relations, commerce or completion of a professional development program in personnel administration.is mandatory.

·         One-year or more experience in a clerical or administrative position related to personnel administration is preferred.

·         Understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

·         Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution processes.

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·         Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.

·         Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

·         Proficiency in using HR software and databases for recruitment and scheduling.

·         Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
