We are looking to hire a full-time Administration Assistant to join our company. You will be responsible for handling daily the operations and data entry

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Wages: $25.25 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job duties:
Answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, and preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
Scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing and maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring office equipment is operational, and managing both electronic and paper filing systems.
Greeting visitors and clients, providing them with information and assistance, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Entering and updating data in databases, maintaining accurate records and files, and compiling and analyzing data for reports.
Education & Qualification:
Completion of college education is required
1-2 year of experience in related field is required

Effective interpersonal skills
