Job Description:

·       Menu Development: Work with the chef to introduce seasonal Thai dishes, using customer feedback and current food trends to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

·       Daily Operations Management: Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

·       Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring company policy and procedure adherence.

·       Food Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and portioning to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

·       Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.

·       Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

·       Organize Cultural Events: Plan and host events showcasing Thai culture to enhance the dining experience and attract new customers

·       Staff Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.

·       Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

·       Strategy and Efficiency: Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

·       Eco-Friendly Initiatives: Lead efforts to make the restaurant more eco-friendly by reducing waste, sourcing sustainable ingredients, and promoting green practices among staff and customers.

Job Requirements:

·       Completion of Diploma is required

·       Previous minimum 1-year experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant industry

·       Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·       Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

·       Proficiency in using computer systems and restaurant-related software.

·       Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
