Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, assist medical professionals in the field of sports medicine research projects by collecting data, organizing information, and writing reports.
2. Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
3. Maintain a keen sense of learning and keep abreast of the latest trends in industry regulations and medical practice.
4. Track the development of medical technology and emerging treatment methods and provide information and resources to medical teams to help them continuously improve and update clinical applications.
5. Collaborate with medical teams to develop personalized rehabilitation plans for athletes or patients, including customized nutrition programs, exercise rehabilitation plans, etc.
6. Participate in industry seminars, course training and e-learning to keep abreast of the latest regulations and best practices and develop flexible policies and procedures to adapt to industry developments and regulatory changes.
7. Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
8. Assist in organizing health promotion activities, sports training camps, or rehabilitation counselling courses in collaboration with the community to enhance health awareness and knowledge of sports injury prevention.
Employment requirements:
1. A university degree or college diploma from a recognized institution is required.
2. Minimum 1-year experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration.
3. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures.
4. Ability to work independently and supervise team members.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills, able to express ideas clearly, understand the needs of others, and effectively convey information.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative tasks.
7. Ability to coordinate different departments and subsidiaries, as well as manage multiple projects under rigid time constraints.
8. Be able to adapt and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment and maintain a positive attitude towards new situations and challenges.
9. The ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions while being able to remain calm and make rational decisions in the face of challenges.
