Role Overview:

The Electronics Inspectors and Testers at Edith-Min International Inc. are integral to our commitment to delivering high-quality electronic products. In this crucial position, you are responsible for quality tests and inspections, ensuring precision and accuracy throughout the whole product portfolio. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to delivering superior electronic products and services. Your dedication to precision, quality, and collaboration directly contributes to the success of Edith-Min International Inc. in the competitive electronics industry.

What will you do in this role?

Meticulously inspect electronic equipment and components
o   Verify correct selection, placement, and quality of components.

o   Ensure proper pin insertions, plated hole dimensions, and circuitry integrity.

·         Check final assemblies for the finish, labelling, and packaging adherence.

o   Perform "go-no-go" tests and mechanical dimension checks.

·         Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results.

·         Utilize diverse test equipment for detailed electrical and continuity testing.

·         Operate automatic testing equipment proficiently to locate faults and defects.

·         Scrutinize test results, segregate parts for repair, and replace components as needed.

·         Perform life tests, including burn-ins, on components, subassemblies, and assemblies.

·         Locating defective components or problem areas in a prototype or manufactured products.

·         Ensure that the system complies with all relevant safety regulations.

·         Fixing issues or reporting areas of concern to engineers and maintaining test results.

·         Travel to the manufacturing sites or equipment locations to perform analysis when necessary.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum High School diploma

·         A quick learner, and precision and attention to detail are critical

·         Practical communication skills to adhere to instructions and collaborate with team members, managers, engineers and other stakeholders.

·         Training will be provided, but experience or education in testing techniques or a related field is preferred

·         Proficiency in using hand and small power tools

·         Ability to operate and monitor automatic and semi-automatic machines for electronic component fabrication and testing.
