Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic and passionate Graphic Designer to become an integral part of our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and conveying our message to a diverse audience. Your impeccable creative flair, meticulous attention to design elements, and adeptness at collaborating with cross-functional teams will play a vital role in enhancing our brand aesthetics and delivering impactful visual experiences. What will you do in this role?

·         Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Materials departments for seamless alignment between design, construction, and material selection.

·         Accurately understand and grasp the overall design style of the shopping mall, supermarket, and high-end residency, etc., timely output of design results.

·         Independently design promotional walls, promotional corridors, and landscape vignettes integrated with the overall design style.

·         Communicate with large accounts to understand their commercial or residential needs, provide rational and innovative graphic design solutions, and make adjustments based on feedback.

·         Maintain relationships with large accounts, make regular return visits, and promote potential new project cooperation.

·         Provide post-project services for client accounts, such as design services for brochures, cultural and creative products, etc.

·         Select appropriate decorative materials based on clients’ preferences and project requirements.

·         Collaborate with the construction team for smooth execution of design projects during construction.

·         Coordinate design activities across departments, ensuring consistency and quality.

·         Stay informed about design trends in the construction and architecture industry.

·         Manage multiple design projects, adhere to timelines, and deliver high-quality designs.

·         Manage the design department, ensuring efficient design operations.

·         Minimum bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, industrial design, or a related field.

·         3-5 years of experience in design experience related to large accounts, having presided over or participated in the design of large-scale projects and having experience in commercial complexes, hotels and high-end residential projects.

·         Proficiency in professional graphic design software and tools such as Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD, etc.

·         Strong creative and design abilities, be able to provide innovative design solutions for various projects.

·         Excellent fine art skills, manual and digital drawing, design, and aesthetic skills.

·         Outstanding presentation ability, reporting and accurately presenting the design intent of the program.

·         Ability to communicate with major customers, accurately understand customer needs, maintain customer relationships, and promote long-term cooperation.

·         In-depth knowledge of materials and the home decor market, capable of providing clients with professional material and decoration recommendations.

·         Able to work in high-pressure environments, adaptable to the needs and changes of different projects.
