Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and execute menu items with precision and attention to detail.
· Follow established recipes and presentation techniques to maintain consistency.
· Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to.
· Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
· Assist in receiving and storing deliveries and monitoring inventory.
· Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
· Contribute creative ideas to develop and improve menu items.
· Adapt to high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
● Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety
● Minimum 3 years experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
● Familiarity with various cooking techniques and cuisines.
● Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
● Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
● Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
