As SUKOSHI MART continues flourishing, we're looking for a dedicated Retail sales supervisors to add to our spirited team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Actively participate in our day-to-day store operations and provide feedback on improving store operations.

·       Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.

·       Ordering adequate store inventory for day-to-day operations.

·       Oversee and manage receiving and inventory management.

·       Maintaining merchandising and visual plan.

·       Hiring and training of staff on store policies, products offered, best sales principles.

·       Ensuring company policies, health, safety, and security rules are followed.

·       Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.

·        College diploma or above, with a focus of study in business, management, or relevant field.

·        Minimum of three years of retail store experience.

·        Experience in training employees and being able to teach them sales techniques.

·        Good retail merchandising skills and a good sense of customer service communication essentials

·        An inherent sense of teamwork, coupled with team work skills and project management experience

·        Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

·        Experience with e-commerce/online marketing/social commerce
