Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and streamline office services, including but not limited to accommodation, relocations, equipment procurement, supplies management, forms processing, assets disposal, parking coordination, maintenance, and security services.
· Conduct detailed analyses and monitor administrative operations, especially in budgeting, contracting, and project planning & management.
· Coordinate and triage administrative tasks and smooth workflow to ensure efficient business operations of both onsite and offsite workers
· Assist in the meticulous preparation of the operating budget and ensure stringent inventory and budgetary controls are in place.
· Collate data diligently and prepare periodic and specialized reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
· Provide guidance and onboarding to new hires and related staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
· A minimum of five years of proven administrative experience.
· High school diploma or higher.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in using various office software and project management tools
