Responsibilities:

·       Analyze business needs and requirements of the company and its existing clients

·       Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement information systems business solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the insurance broker's systems and processes Understand firewall strategies and provide recommendations on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery

·       - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the company’s systems and applications

·       - Communicate and collaborate with business units, technical teams, and support teams to ensure the integration and compliance of solutions

·       - Document and maintain the company’s system specifications, policies and procedures

·       Conduct testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred

·       Three or more years of experience working as a business analyst with proven track of sucess

·       Experience working in strategy/management/IT consulting industry is desired

·       Understanding of firewall technologies (FortiGate, Cisco, Checkpoint) and backup solutions (Tivoli, OCP Backup).

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build a positive rapport with customers and team members.

·       Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle various tasks efficiently.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
