Primary Job Duties:
· Website Development & Maintenance:
Design, develop, write, modify, and integrate website code and web application interfaces, ensuring optimal functionality and user experiences.
· Front-End Development:
Create visually appealing, responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on cross-browser compatibility and intuitive user interfaces.
· Back-End Development:
Build and maintain server-side application logic, integrate databases, and manage APIs to ensure robust support for front-end operations.
· Testing & Debugging:
Conduct regular tests and analyze data to monitor quality, performance, and security, identifying areas for improvement and resolving any issues.
· Website Optimization:
Implement caching mechanisms, optimize images, and ensure scalability to enhance website speed and performance.
· Collaboration:
Work with designers, content creators, and clients to develop website architecture, design, and functionality that align with business goals and user needs.
· Security Implementation:
Develop and implement security protocols, including SSL certificates and encryption, to protect against web vulnerabilities and ensure data security.
· Ongoing Maintenance:
Monitor, maintain, and revise website functionality regularly, ensuring seamless user experience and up-to-date content.
· SEO Optimization:
Apply on-page SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
· Interactive Media Research:
Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
· Quality Control:
Develop and implement procedures for ongoing website revisions, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
Expected Qualifications
· College diploma or above in computer science, computer programming, Web development or software engineering or completion of a college program in computer science or related field is mandatory.
· 1-2 years professional experience in computer programming is required.
· Experience with web applications, web frameworks, content management system, and testing/debugging.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby and Python.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with creative solutions.Ability address and resolve s customs, shipment, and inventory issues.
· Ability to collaborate with team members (designers, project managers, clients) and clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
· A keen eye for design and a focus on delivering polished, bug-free websites.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
