Role Overview:

Wone Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our team. This role is crucial as we continue to expand our portfolio and streamline our operations. Our commitment to community service and providing serene retreats for visitors is at the heart of our operations.

The Financial Manager will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of Wone Group, ensuring efficient and effective management of our resources. This includes handling budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as optimizing our financial processes to support our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of financial management within the property sector.

What will you do in this role?

· Lead and manage the daily operations of Wone Group's financial activities, ensuring all of them align with our strategic goals and operational needs.

· Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports, providing key insights and recommendations to the Director to guide decision-making.

· Coordinate and manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and adjusting estimates to align with the company’s financial objectives and operational demands.

· Monitor the procurement process such as materials for renovation, daily necessities for hotels, and maintenance materials, making sure the budget is not exceeded.

· Evaluate existing financial reporting systems and accounting procedures, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and support the company’s growth in property renovation and management.

· Recruit and supervise 1-2 staff fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

· Regularly monitor and report on the lease and booking records of the company’s properties and the orders for renovation services, as well as marketing trends, providing advice for adjusting priority for profitability and financial Strategies.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, commerce, finance or a related field is required. A master’s degree in related fields will be an asset.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in finance management and planning, budgeting, accounting, or other financial activities in a multi-business company.

· A minimum of 1 year’s experience at the managerial level in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities is an asset.

· Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

· Experience with property management accounting systems and real estate finance is a plus.

· Experience in monitoring company purchase orders and budgets to ensure the right use of funds.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

· Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and implementation of long-term financial plans that support the company’s growth and profitability goals.

· The flexibility to adapt to changing financial landscapes and industry trends, while remaining proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
