Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced marketing specialist to join our team. The marketing specialist will work closely with our sales and management teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional advertising efforts, and build brand awareness. This individual will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The marketing specialist will play a key role in contributing to the overall growth and success of OWEN HVAC CORP. by showcasing our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer care.
What will you do in this role?
· Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote OWEN HVAC CORP.’s products and services, targeting both residential and commercial markets.
· Design, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Analyze competitors and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
· Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns. Use data and analytics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
· Foster relationships with existing clients and engage potential new customers through targeted marketing activities.
· Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our HVAC solutions and services.
· Work closely with the sales and management teams to align marketing strategies with the company's business objectives. Provide marketing support for new product launches and special initiatives.
· Assist in handling public relations activities, including drafting press releases and managing media contacts to enhance the company’s public image.
Expected Qualifications
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, public relations, or a discipline related to Mechanism, Mechatronics, or Engineering Design is required.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing within HVAC or other mechanism-related industry.
· Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and compelling content that effectively communicates the company’s brand and value proposition.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to create marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
· Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments, including sales, management, and product development teams.
· Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
