Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our E-Store department as Administrative Specialist.

The purpose of this position is to effectively and professionally coordinate E-commerce program needs. The candidate must be able to knowledgably answer questions from sales representatives, end users, suppliers and fellow employees on a timely basis, provide support to various internal functions and external customer projects. Candidates with experience in E-store programs and artwork should seriously consider this opportunity.

 

Duties:

·       Set up and maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products in computer system.

·       Understand and document basic office IT process and requirements, assist troubleshoot issues before contacting external servicer.

·       Order office supplies and maintain adequate inventory to ensure smooth production.

·       Receive, sort, prioritize and distribute incoming customer inquiries to responsible teams to maximize use of time to meet customer expectations.

·       Assist throughout the art work queue as required, such as scheduling and confirming printing of marketing materials.

·       Liaison between with sales teams and marketing team on idea boards, record meeting minutes, coordinate resource for individual projects.

·       Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by team members, Director of Sales & Marketing and/or President.

Education and Experience

·       Completion of a College diploma, in business administrative, marketing, or relevant field.

·       Minimum one year marketing industry related experience, preferably with exposure to e-commerce platform.

Experience & Skills

·       Familiar with Corel, Adobe Programs (illustrator, photo shop etc.), Acrobat (pdf), Microsoft outlook and excel

·       Familiar with the process of maintenance and creation of E-stores/web stores

·       Strong in customer service and communication skills

·       Project management skills, ability in organizing / prioritizing tasks follow tight schedule

·       Team Player (offer assistance, actively listen, respect others, be a problem solver, celebrate team successes)

·       Positive attitude, motivated, compassionate, results orientated
