Job Duties:
As the Assistant Manager, you will perform following job duties;
· Ensure that store achieves company objectives and goals
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
· Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
· Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team in the store
· Determine and Implement merchandise strategies
· Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
· Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
· Maintain an effective and open line of communication with District Manager and HQ partners
Job Requirements:
· A university degree or college diploma in business administration or related field is required.
· 1-2 years of experience is required.
