Sushi Jiro is looking for a Cook (1 Vacancy)
Work Location and business address: 104-240 Cook St. Victoria, BC V8V 3X3
Wage: $20 to $23.00 per hour
Work hour: 30 to 40 hrs per week
Vacation: 4% of gross salary

Job duties and responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food from menu
-Oversee kitchen operations
-Maintain stock, supplies and equipment
-Supervise and train kitchen staff
-Clean work area
(1) Completion of secondary school is usually required; and
(2) Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety or several years of commercial cooking experience may be required.
